Lynn's IsaTip #3: Crazy Calcium!
What a find!
I just found IsaCalcium! Having run out of my 'old' calcium supplement I decided to give the Isagenix calcium supplement a try. Talk about Strawberries and Cream, Yummmmmy!
As we move more into the what-I-like-to-call "Wisdom Years", our bodies don't assimilate and break down foods as well. One of those items can be tablets, so some time ago I switched to a liquid form of calcium supplement and found it a great improvement.
